Where the driver will be waiting for me?

Normaly, the driver will be waiting in the arrivals area, directly opposite the exit after collecting your luggage. He will be holding a sign with the name of the reservation.

What should I do in case if my flight is delay or cancel?

Please don’t worry, we do flights tracked continuously. In the event of delay or cancellation. Will reset your reservation to ensure that one of our drivers meet you.

What happens if I can't find the driver?

You can call to the number that you find in the confirmation email that we’ll send you before your arrival. The line works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also send an email.

How long the driver will wait for me after immigration?

The driver will wait one hour after your flight land. Only if the driver will not find you, he will leave. If you have any problem or you are delay for some reasons like lost suitcases, imigration etc. Please make sure to call to the emergency number or send us an email.

How can I change the pick up time, add or remove a passanger or baggage, what should i do?

To ensure the best service, we recommend that you communicate any changes in the schedule, passengers or baggage. Because you may need a different car.

How can I cancel o change my reservation?

You can change or cancel your reservation 2 hours before the schedual time of your flight. For changes or cancellations within 48 hours of arrival, please contact us by email or phone. For changes within 48 hours of arrival please contact the phone number you received via e-mail with the booking confirmation.
